The family of New Life Tabernacle believes the purpose of the church is to meet the spiritual, emotional, and social needs of people.
We are a caring body of believers that is oriented with a global vision. The central core of the church is its heartbeat for missions and its priority upon people. The ministry philosophy we incorporate is a blend of genuine heartfelt worship, sound biblical instruction, as well as individual and corporate fellowship accompanied by personal evangelism.
New Life Tabernacle has “Vibrant Worship”, “Dynamic Preaching & Teaching” from the Word of God. New Life Tabernacle also has a very powerful musical ministry in combination with the power of God that make’s each service a life changing experience. Because of this, many leave each of these services changed or renewed with new hope and power to face life's circumstances.
Every program and outreach is designed to accomplish one of three goals: introduce people to Jesus Christ, mature people in their walk with Christ; and motivate people to show their love for Christ to others.

Our History:
New Life Tabernacle began in January of 1952. This young church began in a garage of one of the earlier saints, from a garage they put up a tent behind one of the saints homes to hold services in. From the tent they moved to a small building in the area of Perry Heights. Later the church was given a piece of property in which the Church is now located on, on the Corner of Lorina & Soto Ave. The saints of the church purchased an old Army Barracks building from an Airfield in Bakersfield, California. Bringing the building to the city of Corcoran was quite an experience. Later the church added a foyer to the north side of the building and then Sunday School Classrooms to the east side of the building. Several years later the church was able to purchase the vacant land to the east of the present building.
The future of New Life Tabernacle is found in the hands of God. Plans for a new facility have been drawn, but the timing of such an endeavor is in Gods hands.
The Ministries of New Life Tabernacle continue to grow and prosper. New Life Tabernacle is a full family ministry, ministering to the needs of every age group and ethnic groups.
The enthusiasm and vision of Pastor Hale has been transferred to each of the ministry leaders of New Life Tabernacle, thus the growth and excitement of the congregation continue to perpetuate.
